Since the cleanliness parameter of the barrier environment is a static index in the GB 14925-2010 Laboratry animal—Requirements of environment and housing facilities, carries out the experimental study in order to explore the dynamic air cleanliness changes in animal feeding areas in the barrier environment and the reasons for the barrier environment pollution, and to provide a theoretical basis for the operating instructions. Using the online air particle counter, evaluates and statistically analyses the cleanliness of different operating spaces of the independent ventilation cage system. The results show that due to the cage changing operation, the amount of dust in the animal feeding room will increase sharply, and the cleanliness level will reduce. In practice, the current national standards have no specific requirements for the cleanliness of the barrier environment under operating conditions. Due to the neglect of the basic principle of low dust production in clean rooms, the amount of dust is greatly increased and the cleanliness is reduced.
